Course Requirements : Take the provided pretest, read the book “”Forget Memory” by Anne Davis Basting, and take the provided post test . You may mail or fax your materials to DH Special Services. Once the materials are received and a passing grade is determined, a scanned copy of your certificate will be e-mailed to you with a hard copy mailed.

Course Content: The reading will introduce the participant to the facts about memory and memory loss. The information will provide the participant a broad psycho-social perspective of memory loss. The reading will also introduce the participant to a variety of community resources and established programs which address the needs of individuals with late in life memory loss.
