The intent of the Person Centered Care Mini Lesson is to provide a general overview of person centered care concepts as it relates to the activity professional. the person centered approach will be discussed as it applies to care planning and activity interventions.
Objectives:
~Participant will be able to define three person centered terms.
~Participant will list three components impacting upon person centered care plans.
~Participant will identify three elements of defining person centered interventions.
~Participant will define one activity which falls into the categories of person centered programming
