Interdisciplinary Quality of Life Initiative Program
This in-service is designed for the interdisciplinary worker in long term care facilities, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities and medical day care centers. The in-service introduces the importance of maintaining a good quality of life, as we age, and how the interdisciplinary staff can play a role in the process. Practical helping skills and specific ideas are listed for the staff to utilize in their daily contact with the resident.
