This is a great workbook which walks the manager or person assigned hiring responsibilities through an objective and orderly process to define job standards, create appropriate interview questions and methods to weigh and evaluate answers so the right individual is selected for any open position. The author introduces the use of the “Master Match Matrix” which assists in organizing interview needs and information. This workbook is utilized in my MEPAP independent study program and is a great help in developing interviewing and hiring skills.
