Note – this course will fulfill (exceed the 8 hour requirement) the documentation continuing education requirement for NCCAP Track 4 and 5
Course Requirements : Take the provided pretest, read the book “Documentation in a Snap for Activity Programs” by Ann G. Uniak, RHIA, and take the provided post test. You may mail or fax your materials to DH Special Services. Once the materials are received and a passing grade is determined, A scanned copy of your certificate will be e-mailed to you and a hard copy mailed.
Course Content: The reading will guide the activity professional through identifying the therapeutic documentation process of assessment, care planning and writing progress notes. Additional information includes the RAI, MDS and CAAs.
