~This format is the E-Learning format where you will be able to access your materials immediately, complete the program on line and print out your certificate after successfully passing the exam.
When you have completed your purchase and made payment, you can find the course in “my courses” in the upper right side of your account.
Objectives:
~Participant will define the therapeutic process as it relates to documentation in long term care.
~Participant will identify the different requirements associated with documentation, including the initial assessment, care plan and progress notes.
~Participant will be able to define the difference between the RAI, the MDS and the CAAs.
~The participant will be able to define the difference between a problem or need and a goal and the interventions.
To gain three continuing education hours for this program – complete the pre-test, read the Documentation Mini Lessons and pass the post test:
When all is complete, you can print out your certificate.
