Raydian Properties is seeking a very specific person to join our team to lead their small residential community.
Princeton – Mercer County, NJ

WHAT IS THIS ROLE?

The Memory Care Director is responsible, along with the team, to ensure residents of the community are safe, secure, healthy and most importantly enjoying their life . This role is responsible, with the team (which includes the people who live there as well as work there) to ensure the daily rhythm of life happens in all ways following Eden Principals and company guidelines.

Daily Responsibilities:

Ensure proper staffing of the homes at all times to state guidelines and policies.
Set expectations for all care partner members and teams. Lead by example.
Hold all care partners accountable to these expectations.
Customer service with families of the residents and your care team as needed.
Care Partner appreciation.
Follow up on care being provided
Weekly Responsibilities:

Report on any concerns from a resident or family as well as next steps
Ordering food from local vendor – care partners prepare all meals
Wellness visits
Payroll monitoring
Monthly Responsibilities

1 financial report, 1 incident report and weights.
Care partner staffing schedule.
Recruitment of care partner’s as needed to ensure quality staff on all shifts at all times
Emphasis on activity culture for people we serve
Requirements

Must have managerial experience
Must have Dementia/Memory care experience (CDP/CALA preferred but not required)
Must have computer skills
Must be available to be on call
